In this process plastic materials GPPS / HIPS heated in the heating cylinder to become liquid and homogeneous at the same time the liquid is pressed through a plastic mold, and then cooled after exit from the mold will be a sheet of the lost, and can be cut according to desired. This process is called continuous process. (In this process the mold can also shape the profile or bag, which was obtained according results of the mold). - Vaccum Forming.
This process starts from the results sheets from the process so Extrusion, which is heated with a sheet of convection heat until soft. This process is also called the process is not sustainable.
