Phase II, the solution is added pentane suspension as "Blowing Agent" so that the reactor will be increased pressure on the temperature and high pressure, pentane will polistirena into the bead slowly.
This process takes several hours. Once through to this stage two, the bead still must be separated from the solution suspensinya. This is done by "washing" using the solvent and washing machine and then dried in the dryer.
It should be noted here that generated bead should be stored in a special place and closed the meeting to maintain the quality of goods produced.
