The process used is "Bulk Continuous polymerisation." The main raw materials Styrene Monomer, in a pump continuously together with the raw materials adjuvant into the reactor first.

Besides the material is added Polybutadiene Rubber and Polistirena. The next process with the GPPS in the second reactor, in phase II, the difference reactor divided into 2 parts, namely the second and third reactor. Redemption remnant monomer made in the fourth reactor with the same condition GPPS.
After the polymer at the pump will be going out through a filter, cooled and cut (Pelletizing) in the form of grain-grain small (Granule).
